Kapow Technologies, Incs. (“Kapow”) owns and operates OpenKapow (www.openkapow.com). Kapow is committed to protecting the privacy of its OpenKapow users and has created this Privacy Statement to outline the OpenKapow information collection practices. "Opt-Out" Emails
OpenKapow provides periodic site notifications, newsletters or other information via email. Users may remove themselves from such services at their discretion. If you no longer wish to receive periodic email updates from Kapow, please send an email to privacy@openkapow.com.

To update the Privacy Statement, OpenKapow will both post the changed version and its effective date at http://www.openkapow.com/privacy.

While this Privacy Statement expresses OpenKapow’s standards for maintenance of private data, Kapow is not in a position to guarantee that the standards will always be met. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data. Access to personally identifiable information that is collected from our site may be accessible for a limited period of time from the point of collection.
